Calhoun County Medical Care Facility is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to meet the varying short-term or long-term health care needs of the community we serve in a home-like atmosphere.
Our county-owned Facility is certified by both Medicare and Medicaid and features six neighborhoods with their own living rooms, and four enclosed courtyards. One neighborhood is home to many of our short-stay residents where they can interact with one another while completing their physical, occupational or speech therapy services. Two neighborhoods are known as our special care neighborhoods for those residents who respond well to a smaller, quieter environment.
